What colors are currently available? Our initial pieces harness the colors of the Third Eye and Throat chakras to promote clarity and focus; also available in Black.

Will I receive a crystal with every clothing purchase I make? Yes, one crystal is provided per garment. However, if a return or exchange is needed the crystal is part of the packaging and is expected to be returned with the garment for full refund or exchange.

How should I care for my GEYED® products in the wash? Product care instructions are listed on each product page.

Is there a sizing chart? The sizing chart is available on each product page.

Where are GEYED® products made? Our clothing line is manifested in the USA and currently manufactured in Taiwan where we work with suppliers who are committed to making a conscious effort to provide the best treatment possible for their employees.

Can I track my order? Yes. When we receive your order, you will get a confirmation email with a link to review the status of your order. Once your products have been shipped, tracking information will be added.

How do I check on my order status? Use the link in your confirmation email to check on the status of your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? If your order has not shipped, we can update or cancel your order. Once shipped, you will need to return the products for inspection before we can process a refund.

What does Final Sale mean? Due to the nature of the product, all Accessories, Tools, or items marked “Final Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.

What type of payments do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

How long should my order take to arrive? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Arrival times may vary depending on your location and delivery service.

How do I ship a return? Please contact cs@thegeyed.com and we will provide a return shipping label. All items must be returned in their original packaging for inspection.

Do you offer expedited shipping? Upon checkout, you can select from a variety of shipping options including expedited shipping.

Where do you ship? US & International: GEYED® is capable of shipping international. We use a third-party application to calculate both shipping and taxes and duties so we can collect and share with you the landed cost at checkout. Our goal is to streamline this as much as possible to get you the best experience possible.

How much is shipping? Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order. Options will be made available upon checkout. We offer FREE shipping and returns to U.S. based customers only. International customers are responsible for any incurred costs due to shipping, taxes and duties.

APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes – Please select USPS to ship to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes. Selecting any other shipping method will delay your package or result in a canceled order.

What is your return policy? Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. Returned products should show no signs or smells of being worn or washed. Please include all original tags, packaging and any crystals that came with the clothing product. All packages will be inspected upon return to our facility. Note: it may take up to 5-10 business days from the time we receive the product for your return to be processed.

Can I return an item marked “Final Sale”? Due to the nature of the product all Accessories, Tools, or items marked “Final Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.

What is your exchange policy? Our priority is getting you what you want and what makes you happy; so, while we are happy to process an exchange, we do that via the return process. It allows us to get you the new product, size or color the fastest possible way.

When will I see my account credited for my return? All packages will be inspected upon return to our facility. Note: it may take up to 5-10 business days from the time we receive the product for your return to be processed.

How big are the crystals that I receive? Size varies between ¾” x ¾” to 1″ x 1″

Where are the crystals coming from? Our crystals are hand selected from trade shows throughout the U.S., imported from foreign countries.

How do the crystals match up with each product? Each clothing piece comes with a hand-selected crystal that aligns with a crystal pocket located over one of the seven chakras. Customers may purchase additional crystals to best suit their balancing needs.

What is the value of the crystal? The value of the crystals range from $4.99 to $14.99 depending on the rarity.

Are the crystals water soluble? Each crystal has its own unique care instructions. At GEYED®, we like to take extra precautions when it comes to our crystals. We suggest cleansing and clearing your crystals with sage, smudge or salt rather than water. Water may dissolve or dull some crystals. Refer to the product page to see if your particular crystal is water soluble.
