Refund policy

What is your return policy? Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. To avoid being invoiced for the exchange order, please be sure to ship your return order within 7 days of starting your return using only the assigned return label. Returned products should show no signs or smells of being worn or washed. Please include all original tags, packaging and any crystals that came with the clothing product. All packages will be inspected upon return to our facility. Note: it may take up to 5-10 business days from the time we receive the product for your return to be processed.

Can I return an item marked “Final Sale”? Due to the nature of the product all Accessories, Tools, or items marked “Final Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.

What is your exchange policy? You may exchange in size within 30 days of purchase. Your exchange order will be sent for processing immediately.  If you would like to exchange for a different style or color, please email a request to cs@thegeyed.com for a refund and use the immediate refund to place a new order.  Discounts will not transfer to new orders.
