HOW TO USE

• Place Red Jasper inside the crystal pocket to create stimulation and connection between the crystal’s energy and the root chakra. (Suggested location).
• Remove crystal from garment after each use.
• Water-soluble, fragile. Handle with care.

HOW TO CLEANSE AND CHARGE

• Charge Crystal: Sunlight or moonlight for 1 hour (may fade in sun).
• Cleanse Crystal: Use smoke from Palo Santo Stick, sage or smudge stick.
